Well, as most of you know we have had an eventful 24 hours. I went to the doctor on Monday and they admitted me to the hospital because of protein in my urine and high blood pressure. I did another 24 urine sample and my blood pressure was checked often. Due to elevated protein in my urine and the high blood pressure, they have diagnosed me with mild preeclampsia. They did allow me to come home, but I am on strict bedrest. We will go back to the doctor on Thursday morning and again on Monday. The plan is to be induced next Thursday night, April 16th. We have to call the hospital Thursday afternoon to make sure they have a bed available for me. So, Anne Wells should arrive either Friday or Saturday!!! We are very glad to be home and so excited that our sweet girl will be here so soon!! As you all know, I love to have a plan, so this makes me happy! My mom and Lewis are taking very good care of me and keeping me in the bed or on the couch....I can only get up to use the bathroom and shower. Thanks so much for all your thoughts and prayers....we can feel them!! Much love to all of you!

I'm so looking forward to seeing y'all and Penny on Thursday. Our prayers are with you. I hate being so far away and not being involved. Nonetheless, the love is always there and the Thaxton's are very excited about meeting Anne Wells! Your lamp should be there tomorrow and I know it will look wonderful in the gorgeous nursery. I know Penny is loving taking care of you - after all, that's what moms are for! Sleep tight and can't wait to see y'all.
