Blood Pressure Check-Up

We headed back to the doctor today to check on my blood pressure and it was a little high both times it was checked. I have been having it checked at school twice a day and the doctor was pretty pleased with how it looked then. He would like for me to still get it checked often and get a cuff for us to check it at home. The goal is for it to be lower than 140/90. When it's high, I have to come home and lie down. We go back on Friday to check on things again and we will continue to go every week. We just pray that it stays low. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
