Lewis and I had an eventful doctor's appointment today. We saw a new doctor today and she was very thorough, which we liked a lot. My blood pressure was high when I first got there and I have been having some headaches. Anne Wells' heart rate was great...150's and everything else looked good. Dr. Pierson checked my blood pressure at the end of the appt. and it had gone up to 149/98, so that concerned her. She was going to send us to the lab to have blood work done, but they had already closed, so she sent us to the hospital. So, off we went and I was hooked up to the fetal monitor and my blood pressure was checked every 15 minutes for an hour. By the end, it was down to 116/25, so that was great! Her heart rate was great and all my blood work came by normal, so we were sent home. I don't have any restrictions, except to check my blood pressure often. Dr. Pierson wants to see me again on Friday and we have an appt. on March 17th to check the placenta again. We hope that it has moved up more. So, we are very glad to be home and so thankful that everything is ok! It was nice to hear sweet Anne Wells' heartbeat for an hour...she was on the move the whole time!:) We'll update more after our appointments. Much love to all of you!!
